Cancellation Policy

Clear rules for stopping a Modeflux subscription and handling your website afterward.

Last updated: September 19, 2026

How to cancel

You may request cancellation before your next renewal by contacting Modeflux through the website. We will confirm the effective cancellation date.

Monthly plans

A monthly plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Once cancellation is effective, no new monthly renewal should be charged.

Annual plans

An annual plan remains active through the end of the paid annual term. Annual fees are generally not prorated or refunded after the service period has begun, except where required by law or where Modeflux agrees otherwise in writing.

Your domain

A domain registered in your name or transferred to your ownership remains yours. If Modeflux assists with domain setup, domain registration or renewal charges are separate from the website subscription unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Website files and migration

For a standard business website, you may request a copy of transferable customer-specific website files before the service ends, where technically practical. Proprietary Modeflux systems, internal tools, server configuration, licensed assets and non-transferable third-party components are excluded. Migration assistance beyond a basic export may require a separate quote.

After service ends

When the paid service period ends, managed hosting, SSL, maintenance and support stop. The website may be taken offline after the end date unless a migration or new hosting arrangement has been completed.

Data retention

We may retain project and account records for a limited period for support, security, billing and legal purposes. Customer website data may be deleted after service ends, so export or migration requests should be made before the end of the paid period.
