Terms of Service
The basic terms for using Modeflux and subscribing to a managed website service.
The service
Modeflux provides website concept design, development, managed hosting, SSL, routine maintenance and support according to the selected plan and agreed project scope. Advanced features, custom integrations, e-commerce or unusually large changes may require a separate quote.
Concept review and activation
A concept may be prepared before payment as part of our sales process. A preview is not a transfer of ownership or a promise that every requested feature is included. The paid service begins when the customer activates a plan and the launch scope is confirmed.
Subscriptions and billing
The standard managed website plan is $25 per month or $219 per year unless a different written quote applies. Domain registration, premium third-party services and custom functionality may be billed separately. Subscription fees cover the active billing period.
Customer content and responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos, photos, trademarks and other content you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of business claims, prices, professional credentials, policies and regulated information displayed on your website.
Website ownership and Modeflux systems
You retain ownership of content and trademarks you provide. Modeflux retains ownership of its proprietary workflows, internal tools, reusable components, systems and know-how. Customer-specific site files may be exportable as described in the Cancellation Policy, excluding proprietary or third-party components that cannot be transferred.
Updates and support
Reasonable routine content and design updates are included in the standard service. A major redesign, substantial new section, custom application feature or third-party integration may be scoped and priced separately before work begins.
Third-party services
Domains, payment providers, booking tools, analytics, email services and other integrations may be governed by third-party terms and availability. Modeflux is not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by those third parties.
Acceptable use
You may not use a Modeflux website for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or abusive activity. We may suspend service when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and limitations
We aim to provide a reliable professional service, but we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, search rankings or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to amounts paid to Modeflux for the affected service during the preceding billing period.
